CROW Return Policy

Hi there CROW Chick! In the off (and sad) chance that you are not satisfied with your order, then don’t fret. We offer a limited exchange policy for our items!

TAKE NOTE:

● Exchange must happen within 7 days upon delivery of item.

● Items must be in ORIGINAL condition, unwashed, unused, all tags and sanitary stickers still intact.

● All shipping costs must be shouldered by the buyer.

● We only allow either store credit or exchange of SIZE.

 

WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

● Sizing issues (“Oops, I need to size up/ size down”)

● Swimsuit is damaged beyond regular wear (rest assured, each item goes through Quality Control so this is rare.)

Items due to the following reasons are NOT eligible for exchanges:

● Currently, CROW does not accept exchanges for clients outside the Philippines.

● “I changed my mind!”

● “This style doesn’t look good on me.”

HOW TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE?

1. Fill out our CROW Exchange Form.

2. Please wait for a response from our customer service team within 24 hours.

3. Once you have received our go signal and paid for the additional shipping costs, we can begin the exchange! Please return our item to us back in its ORIGINAL packaging, plastic bags and CROW dust bag included.

 CROW has the right to refuse any sale or exchange if our products are not returned in its original condition.

4. We will then get back to you via e­mail about the processing of your exchange and your new item should be with you within 1­3 business days.
